Singh and helmet
IN Malaysia and Singapore,Singh wear Turban can ride motorcycles without wearing helmet..and no ticket give to them by Law enforcement Officer..mm is that any exception for this??

This is a silly point to make, especially since the issue of Haji's not wearing helmet is not mentioned let alone considered.
The turban a Haji wear's, is far less fixed than a Singh's turban.
It's not a must for a Haji's to wear a turban. But the onus is far bigger on a Sikh.
For Muslims, Haji or not, at most (although I've never of it), wearing a turban is Sunat Muakkad. Definitely not wajib.
